Breakfast lovers rejoice! Eggsmart, the Canadian breakfast chain known for an experience that goes above and beyond the traditional, all at an affordable price, is coming to Quinte West in 2023.
The 2,200 sq. ft. franchised restaurant, located at 6 Douglas Road in Trenton, will be owned and operated by Mike and Nickey Eden. It will join a number of other newly announced restaurants coming to Homestead Marketplace next year including BeaverTails and Shoeless Joe’s.
Eggsmart Trenton will offer the perfect ambience for enjoying a delicious meal inside or out. The restaurant’s design will be playful and inviting with bright, cheerful colours, fun graphic patterns, and the warmth of wood textures and accents. It will also feature an additional 1,600 sq. ft. outdoor covered patio allowing customers to enjoy the patio season as long as possible.

Eggsmart Trenton will offer a wide range of breakfast, brunch, and lunch choices, all prepared in an open kitchen and made from quality ingredients. The proof is in the poaching. Or the scrambling, or however you take it, because that’s how Eggsmart Trenton will make it. The menu will feature breakfast classics like eggs benedict, omelettes, waffles, and pancakes. Plus, a delicious twist on lunch options like specialty salads and sandwiches, hamburgers, burritos, fries and poutine. Keto and vegetarian options will also be available.
